Three rooms for rent Perfect for students or commuters! We are moving abroad and will only be staying sporadically and for short periods in our semi-detached house located in Bäcklösa/Ultuna. We are renting out three furnished bedrooms (but unfurnished is negotiable). The rooms are bright and spacious (approx. 9-10 sqm), with access to a kitchen, bathroom (one with shower and one with bathtub), two living rooms and a patio with barbecue. 12 minutes by bus to Uppsala Science Park. Buses 3, 4 and 8 run nearby. The rent is 5,500-6,000 SEK/month, including electricity, water and internet. Move-in possible after 8 April 2026. Applicants must be responsible and non-smokers. Please note that cats have lived in the house.If you are interested in renting the entire 138 m² house instead, this can be discussed.
