The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room (with a couch that can be pulled out into a bed for guests), a dining room , a kitchen, two bathrooms, a fireplace and an office space with a combination standing/sitting desk. It's a 15 minute walk to downtown. ICA is 2 minutes away. The childrens' room has bunk beds. It has a balcony that overlooks a fenced-in courtyard. The building has a rooftop terrace and a grill in the backyard. In-apartment washer. We love this home very much and are looking for someone to take care of it during our travels.
