New apartment very close to the city center. Walking distance to the city is 17 minutes, the apartment is right next to BMC an Rudbeck campus of Uppsala university. With the bus, Uppsala central station is 11 minutes away. The rent includes what I currently pay myself plus bills. The contract will be secured with Uppsalahem, and if you move in you need to have bank ID. The apartment will stay fully furnished as I will only travel for work and that is why I am renting. Tenant will be responsible for the apartment and liable for damages. The apartment is on the first floor, but overlooking the backside of the building with a field in front of it.
