As I’ll soon be moving to Lund for my PhD and spending part of my time there, from January onwards it will be shared only with my husband — a quiet, respectful, and kind person who works as a cook/chef. 📍 Located in Kvarngärdet, a peaceful and convenient residential area — just 6 minutes by bike to the city center, with several nearby bus stops. Grocery stores are only a 5-minute walk away. 🌞 The room has great natural light and a warm, homey atmosphere. 🌿 The apartment also has a private porch/deck, perfect for relaxing outdoors. 💰 Rent: 6,500 SEK/month — all included (utilities, internet, and services). 📅 The room is guaranteed to be available until March, with some flexibility on the move-in date. We are from Colombia and have been living in Sweden for three years.
