Student housing - long-term! My wife and I rent out two apartments for student housing. Our villa will soon be free - from the beginning of May. It's a three-room apartment in a villa, with a smart layout and a very good standard, for a couple, three friends or a small family. Located in Norby, directly by Stadsskogen and with 10 minutes cycling distance to the center. One of the city’s safest areas. Excellent bus connections. Furnished and equipped for immediate occupancy. There is a kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, source sorting and sink. Dining area with adjustable table. Bathroom / toilet with underfloor heating, shower, toilet, sink, storage and heated towel rail. Two bedrooms, one with double bed – or two single – and the other for one person. Walk-in closet. Excellent ventilation and air-conditioning during the summer. Separate service room 10 meters outside the door. There is a washing machine, dryer, drying cabinet, removable drying rack, ironing board, steam iron, cleaning equipment, tools and small storage space. Access to patio, garden and lockable storage space. The rent - SEK 12 900 per month - is paid monthly in advance and in addition you will need to deposit half a monthly rent, which is recovered after reconciliation when moving out. Broadband with wireless network, electricity, heating/cooling and water is included in the rent. You need to have a home insurance, which is cheap for students. Unfortunately, you can not have any kind of fur animals in the home and smoking does not work for us either, either inside or on the plot.
